i am 15 and was given this project, i have to write a chapter as to how i know the answer to a question on who wants to be a millionaire like slumdog millionaire, i have not finished but have started with a flash back so far so good?….
Chapter 4
Hide and save.
I could hear the silence eroding up the walls, capturing everything within its nothingness. The only sound that filled the room was the deep and constant humming of a generator; I could almost hear the electricity dance in the box and fill the room with their tiny steps. Whilst I imagined this small escapade, a giggle escaped my lips. It cut the eerie quiet like an arrow piercing the air.
Rapidly, the feeling of entrapment overwhelmed me, the small laugh carried through the thick darkness echoing off any object, I felt like I was being watched. The silent lost in the pure black of the room.
The ropes that held me tight to a wooden chair felt like an impenetrable cage of restriction. My mind began weaving blood thirsty torture scenes in my head. I shivered with pure fear. I slowed my breathing hoping to calm myself, I stared into the dark and waited while the silence to creep back in.
Where was he? Arthur was supposedly meant to find me and save me, why did I always agree to play this stupid game? I presume that it was the thrill of feeling like I was on an adventure and awaiting my hero. The game was an advanced game of hide and seek, my brother Jamie would hide me and Arthur would seek me; or as I liked to put it save me. The thought of Arthur running like a thief in the night to save me brang on a daydream of him and me adventuring through a promised land seeking treasure, and him always saving me when I was in trouble. I sat in awe.
“Aislinn! Ash?” the recognition hit me, he had found me. Yes!
“Art? Is that you? Please say it is” I knew it was him he was the only person who ever called me Ash, as I called him Art.
“Of course it’s me, I’m the hero remember, who always finds you and always saves you” I could hear the smile forming n his lips and the slight roll of his electric blue eyes.
“Well hurry, I’m getting pretty freaked sitting tied up in the dark!” I raised my voice.
“Jamie tied you up this time? Man, he is getting more and more serious with this game” slight surprise filled his voice as he cut my ropes with a pocket knife.
After freeing me Arthur lead me outside I dropped to the ground staring at the sun whilst pulling out clumps of grass, “Freedom!” I yelled exaggerating.
“One day I will ask Jamie to hide me, and you, Ash will try to find me. Then you can tell me you would rather seek than hide” his voice became serious, his eyes however still remained a warm blue flame.
Ok now some words you have used out of context! For instance: "silence eroding up the walls" eroding means wearing away, so this usage does not make sense. However the rest of the paragraph is awesome and your use of language is both imaginative as well as atmospheric!
Now I am not sure about: "brang on a daydream " as perhaps it is pure American in usage, but in the UK we would say "brought on a daydream……".
The only other criticism is:"Arthur lead me ", should be Arthur led me.
Otherwise keep it up, ignore the other person who said "It is too descriptive……." as if dumbing everything down is a good thing, trust me: it isn’t, it is refreshing to see someone having a go!

No. The $200 is a bad joke — it assumes winning cheap bids on eBay and getting used batteries from forklift companies for free. Even if you could do it, the process would be terribly time consuming and you’d have an embarrassing pile of junk.

If you use gas heating, you could get by with a smaller array, perhaps $25,000. Most people that go solar have already cut electrical consumption to the bone.

This video starts with a magnet power demonstration, and then I move on to introduce my stator arm assembly and describe its various parts. The stator arm is an integral part of the PVC frame, and is used to hold the stator magnet at a specific height, angle, and alignment above the bicycle wheel rim. This greatly reduces operator effort which is otherwise required when the stator magnet is hand held. The greatest effort expended, when the magnet is hand held, is that which is required to keep the magnet at a steady height, and to prevent it from slamming down onto the rotor (wheel rim) or the rotor magnets. The stator arm also allows the stator magnet to be positioned closer to the rotor magnets than would be possible when hand held, and this affords increased thrust because of the increases in attraction and repulsion forces that are realized.

In this video I demonstrate how the stator arm can be readjusted for use in a position where the stator magnet is aligned across the wheel rim, and used to produce continuous rotational movement. I may have moved the stator magnet more than is actually necessary with this technique, since the movement required is only 1″ maximum swing, and just 1/2″ will actually work well too. This method should be accomplished with the pivot point centered directly over the wheel rim, rather than at the corner of the frame as I now have it, but this dual use stator arm still works well enough to demonstrate with. The most difficult task involved is in maintaining proper timing, because after 4 or 5 movements of the arm, the wheel is spinning quickly enough so that the rotor magnet groups tend to visually blur together and the start and end points of each group cannot be distinguished. With a mechanical tracking system, there would be no problem maintaining correct timing. While this method definitely is workable, and has distinct advantages over the “lifting” method described in video #12, this is not my preferred method. I will demonstrate the preferred method in my next video.
